Dear Valued Customers,

 

A very BIG thank you for purchasing with THIMBLE.

 

We are aware that with online shopping, at times, expectations are not met and you do not feel completely satisfied with your purchase.

 

Hence, we at THIMBLE would like to ensure that all our customers are contented with their purchases as best as we can.

 

All items are examined and carefully wrapped to ensure that the goods are not prone to damages before being sent out to our customers.

 

As an online business, we aim to provide a Return and Exchange service that is as hassle-free for you as possible.

 

PLEASE NOTE : Exchange and returns are ONLY applicable for the accessories. They do not apply to Voluspa and Tocca items. *based on case to case scenario

 

Contact us and if it is a reasonable and valid reason, we are open to accomodate your request. 

 

Our RETURN POLICY:

 

Kindly return any item within 15 days of receipt in order for us to issue you a store credit note/exchange it for new piece (same item).

 

We will issue a store credit note to you based on the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.

 

IMPORTANT: All Return Items cannot be used. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All items will be inspected for defects before being shipped out to our customers. All items will be inspected when it is returned to us and items in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We will unfortunately be unable to issue a store credit note or perform an exchange under those circumstances.

 

Please take note it is crucial that when you return an item, we are provided with the order number it relates to, your details and whether you are seeking for a store credit note or an exchange. Without these details, we will not be able to take the action you want us to.

 

It can take up to 7 (working) days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we receive your return parcel, we will inspect and try our very best to process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you prompt service.

 

We will then send out an email to you confirming the action we have taken, so long as the goods are in their original condition to your THIMBLEBOUTIQUE.com account. Any changes in contact details kindly email us at thimble.info@gmail.com

 

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return goods to prevent any damages to the items. We cannot be held responsible and will not be able to issue you a store credit note to you for items that are returned in a damaged condition.

 

We strongly recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

Our EXCHANGE POLICY:

 

It's free to exchange items for a different item, based on stock availability and the value has to be of the same as we will not refund cash. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative scent/size, we suggest that you return it for a store credit note and purchase the new item separately.

 

THIMBLE will bear the shipping charges for the new item being sent out to you, in the event that you perform an exchange. You will however have to bear shipping charges when sending back the item you are unhappy with. New items can only be sent out once we have received your exchange parcel.

 

To exchange an item, simply sign into your account, create an exchange and simply specify the item you require.
